Got a bit of a surprise today. We were talking to the designer for the people who are (probably) going to do our fairly expensive bathroom remodel. (Those walk-in tubs? Now I know why they never mention the price in any of their ads. ) I mentioned that we'd looked into having an elevator put in, so that we could stay in this house, but that I couldn't get a response from anyone -- even a local company that does that sort of thing. "Really?" he said. "Thats odd -- my family owns that company. Want me to call them?"
Uh, yeah.
