Haha there is actually a parkour gym in DC that I wish I lived close enough to so I could go there on a regular basis. Ever seen the latest Bond flick, Casino Royale? The beginning of that is pretty much parkour. I wish I could fly like that.
You know, you're right, Shannon -- when I was watching that sequence (about which I told my wife 'this has more action in the opening sequence than the last few had in the entire damned movie'), it never occurred to me that that was parkour. But it sure was, wasn't it? Very perceptive...

From what I hear, parkor (or parkour) is a well known acrobatic style. I don't know about the thugs and guns, though.... I think they're optional.
