Ganached


The brownies turned out to be not too terribly horribly bad. They had a light, moist texture, and you could taste the sweetness of the Mascarpone cheese. The ganache didn't come out as thick as I'd have expected, but it wasn't bad, either. I'd make it again.

Only if you eat large amounts of it, LB. I had half of one (it makes 16), and the rest went into my wife's office.

Well, except for the four that my daughter dibs'd as hers....
