Davenport

I'd like to point out this site, which is owned by Tom Davenport. He's a bright and interesting fellow who talks, writes, and lectures on the business of operating companies and motivating employees. Unlike a lot of people who do the same thing, he manages to do it with wit, humour, and intelligence. He is not at all bombastic, and he's not full of himself, either. He's just very good. If you're interested in those areas, he's worth checking out.
