Baking

Due to an excess of sloth, I will not be making that torte today. I will, however, make it tomorrow.

In the meantime, if anyone would like to make one of these Canadian delights for me, feel free. I'll wait.

Of course, I wouldn't say no to some Tim-Tams, either.

Thank you.

That's it .. I'm pronouncing you EVIL! Those are my most favourite desert EVER!
You'll never quite know how close to home these bars actually come. :)

I've never actually had one (unlike the Tim-Tams, which I had and loved while in Australia). But they sound marvelous.

Mmmmmm, that dessert looks good. Chocolate, coconut, and nuts. The only thing missing is something a little salty and you have the perfect PMS appeaser.

Did I see those Tim Tams are from Rainer, Wa. Funny I've never heard of them and Rainer is practically my next door neighbor.

What torte will you be making tomorrow?

It's a chocolate torte that I found while poking around. I like tortes -- they seem more 'cakelike' than an actual cake. Not sure why.

Tim Tams are actually from Australia. Once time, when I was coming back, I found that Qantas had stocked a large bowl with them in the departure lounge... a bowl that was, curiously, almost empty upon the plane's departure.

A chicken Alfred lasagna with baby spinach leaves some chopped carrot and maybe some chopped broccoli. Topped with bread crumbs tossed in olive oil and seasoned.
Then I'm in the mood for chocolate cake too, Maybe my death by chocolate or a Boston creme cake.
Quick I'd better think of someone to come eat all this, leftovers could be deadly.
