Content-Free

This is a content-free post, because all I wanted to say is that I'm in the mood to bake something, and I have no idea what. Two days ago, I felt like this, and I baked chocolate chip cookies (many, though not all, of which got glommed onto by my daughter), so I really can't make those again. I don't feel like messing with bread; cake's too much of a comittment (more accurately, too much stuff to clean up); and I'm not a pie maker. I've made pies, I'm not saying I can't, I just don't feel like I know what the heck I'm doing with them. I mean, even less than when I make bread. Maybe pudding? Course, we don't have any whole milk in the house, and anyway, I wasn't too thrilled with the last batch I made. Soft biscotti? Nah, too much like cake.

So I don't know what to make. Feh. Maybe I will make a cake -- this looks good. Actually, what I want is to make a Ring Ding. Or better yet, just buy one. But that would be cheating....right?
