Real Businesses

On the way to church, we were talking about how its considered normal now for a business to have a web site -- if they don't, they're not 'real', and even if they do, it has to be something with lots of information -- not just 'here is our name and phone number and what we sell'. We want pictures, histories, diagrams. It used to be that the sign of a 'real business' was having an 800 number, and then an email address, and wondered: what might the next 'real business' indicator be?

Of course, not being all that insightful, we had no clue. Wonder if Twitter, or a similar concept, would be part of it?
