OIC

I just took my daughter over to get her new glasses, and mine, as well. She likes hers -- they've got the transition lenses that darken in sunlight, which she knows she'll want for summer outdoor guard practice. And we got the chance to have a rambling conversation, very casual, about a number of topics, from the way a sound wall on the highway works to the worth of agenda books in high school. I liked it a lot. And having glasses that actually work the way they're supposed to is nice, too.

Yes, very much so. I do sneak the occasional commercial in there, but mostly it's just keeping the lines of communication open.
