I just read a brief article about a senator who feels that Clinton really won, and not only deserved better, but has certainly earned being offered the chance to be Vice President. It was interesting, but not for the reason the senator would have wanted. For years, I've heard Republicans say that Democrats would say anything in support of whatever their goal of the moment was. Now, from this person's words, I saw what they meant. What a gasbag. It demonstrates nicely why 'political blather' is a redundant phrase, and why politicians, big time politicians, are inherently untrustworthy.
Man, I hope that doesn't happen to Obama.
