PAA

I was just thinking about the Protect America Act which wasn't extended by the House of Representatives. I wondered: what's the difference between that and the 'other laws' that Nancy Pelosi says gives the same authority, but without the telecom immunity part? So, for starters, I thought 'Well, what the heck does this act say?' Knowing full well that it'd be ten thousand densely written paragraphs, and that my interest would drop off after the third, I still entered the Acts words in Google, just to see what would come back:
