I don't have much truck with people whose response to adversity is to sue whomever they regard as the source of that adversity. And I have a very high regard for Southwest Airlines. So it takes more than a little for me to think that perhaps suing them would be a good idea. Its not a good idea, in and of itself, but sometimes you need to 'whack the mule up side the head'.
Apparently, Keith from Southwest is the reason that they qualify.
