I am trying to cut down on the number of food blogs that I look at, so they are actually ones I
look at, not simply ones that had something nifty when I stumbled across them. Thus, I won't save the RSS feed for
Eat Me, Delicious....despite what looks like a marvelous chocolate cake recipe. And thats just for starters.

Now, why would you want to cut those blogs out? I'm thinking of adding a few. Like orangette.
Because its like being hungry and being presented with a hundred perfect desserts... how do you choose? I'd rather find a dozen that I can rely on, master what I can there, so far as I can, and then look afield.
At least, that's the plan. Somehow, that EMD site...um...got into my list anyway. Don't understand that.

Incidentally, I did ask the author of that post how the cake tasted -- ie, what was its texture. Here's what she said:
"When the chocolate cake was cool it was more like fudge, and when it was warm out of the oven, it was like gooey lava cake (if you've had that). Definitely not really cake-y."
