If the Iraq war is a failure, and we get out, how, exactly, do we do that? I want us to, but how? Everybody pack up one day and whoosh gone? And, if we do it in stages, and an area collapes -- the usual manic dancing in the streets by bearded fanatics with guns, coupled with the usual scenes of mass roundups of people not belonging to the group with the guns, and varying by sector -- what then?
Surely someone is thinking about this.
