Painting

One of the things thats tough about this painting gig is that I look at things differently than my daughter. I have to keep remembering that its her room; she's getting to paint it, which is what she wanted. Though I need to keep pointing out that she should try to limit drips, and she should check her feet before leaving the room, lest she track paint down the hall -- the white paint on the blue carpet -- it's important for me to remember that she's doing something she's wanted to do for a while. I shouldn't walk all over that with my requirements.

Maybe the occasional tip-toe....
