My laptop's anti-virus package from Symantec is acting up again. As if I needed a reason to despise it...
In this case, it pops up a coy 'unexpected error' message. They direct you to a site that says to run a specific program that will 'autocorrect' the problem.
And when it doesn't work, they say you should remove and reinstall all of it. You DO have the CD, don't you?
These people are truly scum. Last year of contributing to their bloated coffers....
