My daughter is off to school, due to what I can only assume is a massive joke on the part of the weather gods. North of here, they're getting almost a foot of snow, and closing schools. South of here, they're getting about three inches, and closing schools. Here, they're getting somewhat of a dusting, and school is in session.
To add to the delight of her day, we asked her to bring home her interim grades, and tonight she has color guard practice. I do believe we're going to be tip-toeing around her for a while.
