Doughnuts

I am not a big doughnut eater, particularly the bagged nasties that the local supermarket sells. Nevertheless, I was intrigued by the Baked Doughnuts recipe that I found in 101 Cookbooks. We tried it this morning. Takes about two and a half hours to make (mostly rising time), but , you know what? Not bad, not bad at all.
