Pride

Children do things that make their parents proud. But sometimes, its not both parents.

This afternoon, my wife said something about 'we're lucky to have the internet so that we can find out this kind of thing'. I broke into that song from Avenue Z - "The Internet is for porn, The Internet is for porn, Why you think the net was Born?' and my wife is laughing, waving her hands to stop -- when my daughter bursts into the hall with the next line - "PORN, PORN, PORN!"

NO! my wife said. My daughter's not supposed to know about things like that! Whereas I smiled and pointed. "That's my daughter."

Lol!

Ok, I totally don't know that song, but what fun y'all have at your house :)

Well, we like each other.

Turns out the show was Avenue Q, not Avenue Z as I had thought. There's a Wiki article about it here, and the song itself can be found here.

Haha I am indeed familiar with Avenue Q, quite a funny song.
Even funnier still if your wife's reaction :-)

I think it's safe to say that I like that song better than she does.
