From assiduous watching of West Wing, I recognize that this picture was taken in the Cabinet Room, and that the press tends to cluster at the far left end. It therefore makes sense that any photographs would accentuate the people at that end, and minimize those at the far end.Can't imagine John McCain being too happy about the result, though.
