Recipe Update

The mealballs turned out really well. A lot of work, but worth it. The sauce, not so much. I think if we'd either simmered it a bit higher -- we had it about one-tenth of the range the burner will go -- or about half an hour longer -- it simmered for about 2 hours -- it would have been better, but as it was, I ended up dumping a jar of plain marinara into it to give it more body. I might try that sauce again, maybe not. Its a lot of work, too. But the meatballs, I liked.
