Well, we have a dental start time. In a manner of speaking.
Next Wednesday, I get to meet with the primary dentist, who will tell me interesting things, probably along the lines of 'and this is how much I'll charge you'. And I will nod and smile and think 'Lets get ON with it, already!"

I know the waiting part is hard, but I'm sure in the end .. you'll have some nice secure teeth to chew with.
In the meantime, maybe you can help me figure out why it is that when you get a cavity filled even though you've felt no pain, for weeks later you're feeling pain and discomfort from the filled tooth and others surrounding it. Hmm.
I'm having all my childhood metal fillings which are more than 10 years old replaced with nice barely visible porcelain ones. I had one visit already and will need about 4 more visits to complete the job.
