- Disconnect your device from your computer and let it restart. Do not turn it on or off until it returns to the main screen, because that may cause your device to become inoperable.
- When the restart process is complete, turn your device off.
So, don't turn it off...or it may not start again -- but do turn it off when the restart is complete? Fine. But, there's no 'restart complete' message to say when it's safe to shut it down. So - how lucky do you feel?
