Babelfish?

I came across this phrase on a web site:

I will represent how to use an xml file as a data provider of a flex application using Cairngorm, but the benefit of the method I will repesent is toggling between xml and remote service is very easy without any further coding....

....I know what XML is, but as to the rest....hmm.

Brings to mind that Scott Adams/Dilbert cartoon where he put up some management-speak and at the end said "If you can understand this, I feel sorry for you!"

The worst of it? I understood it. I didn't think it made sense, but I worked with quite a few people who spoke like that. One chap in particular was "exceptionally gifted" that way. Even when he'd had a few beers!
