Tanker
If the site English Russia is correct, this is a World War II veteran unexpectedly finding the tank he rode through the war, on display in a small town as a war memorial. I hope it is true. The idea moves me.
Wow...that makes me just stop and be speechless. I know our wars are rough and not to be taken for granted nowadays, but I sort of think we'll never see a war on that scale again. I think a part of the world died with it.
I think its entirely possible that we will. But it doesn't mean that we won't see a whole different range of them, either. Asymmetric warfare, and all that. Hope I'm wrong.
