I see the ads for the Honda FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle, with the tag line "A car that emits no pollution, only clean water vapor", and I remember when the proponents of early nuclear power would say that nuclear power would be both safe and so cheap that it would hardly be worth metering.
Not that I'm against fuel cell vehicles, but -- why don't I believe that "clean water vapor" will be the only effect of the FCX?
