Here's my first try. The picture is of a 7 ounce loaf, made from just over 9 ounces of wet dough.
It really did take five minutes a day. Well, okay, a little more this morning, because I'm clumsy -- but not much more. You know, this could get to be fun. Its certainly very, very easy.
The recipe source is Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. Here's their blog and website. The book has some useful tips I've not seen elsewhere -- the kind of thing experts are supposed to tell you, but only do if you're talking face to face.

That looks delicious.
Need to start stocking up on recipes that are easy, I think I can do 5 minutes : )
Oh, yeah. This would be one of the books I'd recommend to a new baker. I only know of a couple actually. Books, that is. Bakers, none.
Yummy! That's looks nice and pretty, Bill. I wanna smack some honey butter on that and eat it up!
I LOVE honey butter -- we mix it up ourselves, we like it so much.
Mmmm! Me too.
Hi Bill: Thanks for trying our stuff, I'm Jeff Hertzberg, one of the co-authors. I know you're onto it already, but people should know that they can post questions about our method on our website (www.artisanbreadinfive.com) and we always answer quickly.
Nice photo of the loaf!

Thank you, sir. I am amazed at how simple this is. I just made a second loaf this morning, and it was like flipping a switch.
