I mentioned to my daughter that I was looking at the Facebook photos of the girl who's coming here. She said that I shouldn't tell the girl that I did that. It's creepy. Why, I asked. She did friend me, after all. No, she replied, you asked her to friend you, and she said yes. I get friend requests all the time. I don't necessarily think they're going to be looking through my pictures.
Maybe you should, kiddo. Maybe you should.

I thought that was the whole reason you became "friends" - to go through other people's pictures!
I wish there was a 'friends with whom I'd like to stay in touch with, or like to know better', and a 'friends that are fine, but at arms length'.
