When all of this started, my wife reminds me, they did say that a failure rate of 1/8 was possible. But I didn't expect to be reminded of it so early, even given that they're talking about it happening in the future.
Yah...mine was starting to move sideways to break out of the side of my jaw. I just kept massaging the gums over that spot, and increased the blood flow. Seems to have done the trick. It stopped trying to escape, and settled back. There is still a bit of a bump on the inside though which shows that it is not in the place it was originally supposed to be in.

I was putting it away after washing it, and noted that the screw was loose. Apparently, not the only loose screw around here.
