Today I get to make tiramisu. I am very pleased. Been looking forward to this for a long time. And this afternoon, I'll finish off about a dozen of the chocolate truffles. Thinking I might grind up some nuts and lightly coat the outside of a couple, just to see what it looks like. Should be fun.

So how far ahead can you make tiramisu?
Since it's refrigerated to firm up, I'd say about a week. Past that, and I'd worry about it picking up aromas, even sealed.
Not that one has ever lasted that long in our house.
o. my. must not think of chocolate. must not...
Do it for the endorphins. Come to the dark (chocolate) side.....
