I recently found a site that will generate gibberish passwords for you, and I've started replacing the passwords that I've used for years on some accounts -- starting with the ones that affect money.
Seeing this article on what can happen when someone gets hold of your password to, say, your retirement fund makes me think that's a damn good idea.
