Challah

Who'd have thought that learning to braid hair while in college ROTC would pay off forty years later? I got the recipe from the baking book I mentioned, and the result is a marvelously soft, honey-flavored bread that I may have difficulty sharing. And I think it'll be good as French bread, too !
