exercise
I've been walking the treadmill at a local facility, doing a mile and a half. Just now, I thought to take a measured walk of just a mile, up to a local landmark and back.
It's harder when you're not in the air conditioning!

Good for you Bill. That sort of thing is supposed to be good for you. I felt better when I would/could get in a gym and do a little work.
Yesterday evening I walked down the street almost a block and back with my walker. It was tiring and took a few minutes get my breathing evened out but I felt good for having done it.
I have grandchildren most of the this month and I am telling myself that chasing after them and getting up and down off the floor is the most exercise I will get.

I've used a walker, when I broke my hip. Going a hundred feet was a struggle. And you went almost a block, both ways? You're amazing. Good for YOU!

Oh lord, yes. One toddler is a full-press cardio event on legs.
