Observations

When we bought the Venza (which is now, I supposed, a used car), we did not get the Smart Key, which allows you to unlock the vehicle merely by touching the door handle, or the Push Button Start, so that you do not have to put the key in the ignition. Instead, we have to unlock and start conventionally.

My daughter said this is a good thing, because it means that when she drives it, we will have to Give Her The Key. She likes that symbolic transfer of power.
