I get so angry when dealing with anything medical. I remember not even ten years ago when I could go to a doctor's office and be seen pretty dang close to my appointed time. Now, it's an hour wait at least.
Now, just on general principle, if I am still sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes after my appointment time, I inform the receptionist that I am leaving and why. They usually get me right in after that as I usually am pretty ticked off and it's obvious.
I just find it a disgraceful business practice to schedule an appointment with a customer, knowing full well you won't see them until an hour later.

I don't know how I feel on the actual subject. Glad to know that it's possible to get decent medical care but a bit peeved that we now have to pay extra for what used to be normal practices.

Don't even get me started on the insurance companies.
