... for something to write about. But this is something I’ve wondered about for a while: what are the most commonly used English letters AFTER the (presumably) well-known ETAOINS?
I found this: ETAOIN SHRDLU CMFWYP VBGKQJ XZ at this site.
Now all I have to do it memorize them. Shred Lou? (And then it becomes a Czech spelling bee....)

I don't thing I ever gave it a thought except, in reference to the game of scrabble and what letters could be used more often.
BTW...Thanks for the recipe! I am going to put together a shared recipe blog and call it "Hey,Hey good lookin' whatcha got cookin'."
It will have links to recipes that I like and some of my own, I also will take shared recipes also.
I wish I was better at figuring out how to manipulate blog template codes though. I'm learning through application and error. Grrrrrr!
In our case, it's usually my daughter doing a word puzzle on a games web site. I knew the first seven letters, and she was impressed how much of the words she could get just with that, which rekindled my wondering about the rest. I don't know that I've remember Mr. Shrdlu, but I'll try....
