It looks to me that they are somewhat stuck together, Maybe by connectors or something. Maybe all that needs to be done is have a crane bring the load back over to a straight standing and then repositioned somehow. Did this happen during bad weather at sea? Do you know?

No idea, sorry. Its just one of those endlessly reposted photos you find on the net.
I hadn't noticed the connectors. To me, it looked like a foundation support had failed.
It also occurs to be that before they take anything, that left side should be braced, too.
