Thank you. I just stopped by the gym to see if the new-found energy was still around. It was, kind of -- I was able to go at the faster speed, though not as long as yesterday. It's encouraging.
In recent memory, I weighed twenty five pounds less than I do now, and I loved it. (Which, incidentally, was still easily forty five pounds over the recommended weight.) I watched it climb slowly, and then stopped watching, and was astonished when I looked again.
I don't know if I can get back to that loved-it level again, but I'm going to try. Got to, if I'm possibly going to be eating real French home cooking next year.
