Beijing Subway
I knew that Beijing was a major league city. But somehow, the idea of them having subway lines, bus lanes, clogged highways, and harried commuters -- that never occurred to me.
My hubby went to Beijing many years ago and came back amazed at all the buildings going up and all the cranes. This was in the early 1990s...China was hustling bustling even back then!
