UnBe....

...freakinlievable. Sarah Palin actually said some things that I agree with. From a New York Times article --

"She made three interlocking points. First, that the United States is now governed by a “permanent political class,” drawn from both parties, that is increasingly cut off from the concerns of regular people. Second, that these Republicans and Democrats have allied with big business to mutual advantage to create what she called “corporate crony capitalism.” Third, that the real political divide in the United States may no longer be between friends and foes of Big Government, but between friends and foes of vast, remote, unaccountable institutions (both public and private).

Sarah Palin?

This doesn't mean I'll start taking her seriously. But it does suggest that occasionally reading what she says, rather than simply summaries thereof, might be worthwhile.
Just to see if this was just a blip, or if she's got something that's worth hearing.

Her speeches have started to get more substantive of late. Is she actually contemplating a run? Or did she hire someone other than her husband to advise her?

Mildly curious minds could possibly be interested...

Probably a different adviser.

The problem is that to hear these things, you actually have to listen to her.... and that, I just can't do. She's still pandering to the Do I need to dress up to go to WalMart? crowd.
