Seemingly impervious to the uptake of knowledge -- Henry Rollins.
My brother makes this on a regular basis for the many get-togethers his wife has with her friends. I've been thinking of doing myself, as he makes it look easy. (Next step is to clean your oven ;-])
Do they clean the authentic Italian Brick Ovens?Actually, yeah, we know. The clean cycle makes a horrible smell, though, and we're not about to leave the doors open in this weather. Spring, yeah. It really is easy (says the person who is never happy with his pizza dough).
I discovered that a generous handful of cornmeal keeps the pizza from sticking.
Oh, it slid right off the stone, no problem at all. Bit of a problem getting it ON the stone, but not too much.
Mmmmmm. looks fantastic!!
Tasted pretty good, too. I used an italian herb dipping sauce instead of the olive oil; that really punched it up.
