I'm looking forward to outpatient therapy, because I'll get the opportunity to do exercises that will build up my left leg's muscles back to the paragon of manly rippling flesh that it was before my accident. (Yeah, right!) And I know just how to start --

I actually have to do finger exercises daily. I didn't realize how much strength I was losing in my hands, until I had to have my keyboard replaced. I especially notice using the shift key, that my pinky does not always do it's job.
What a drag it is getting old.

It does tend to make one feel fragile on occasion, that's for sure. I wonder if there are 'light touch' keyboards?
