Come to think of it, they'd say that even with the little deal atop the first e in crepe, which my Immersion class instructor called 'the little hat', and a class member said 'you mean the circumflex?'

It's not like mexican tortilla at all! In french it's called "crêpe", an thinner equivalent of the canadian "pancake" ;)
