Areas

Just came across this phrase in an article about improving organizations:

Environment counts, and a healthy setting helps people transform problems into solutions.

Is that true? I'd like to think so, but somehow I doubt it.

I think that's called "bullshit". To be honest.

Mind you, I'm feeling really irritated - someone calling themselves "poisongirl" questioned the institution of marriage. And you know how I feel about that... :-) <- Innocent smiley. (Yeah, right.)

Poisonfiel? Hmm...aounds like a reasonable, thoughtful person....

And yeah, I think I mostly agree about the definition. It's too glib. Environment does count, but its not a primary motivator.
