Pithivier
My life is complete -- I now know what a pithivier is. Even if it is pronounced pee tee vee ay, it looks like it should be pronounced like something that Yosemite Sam would say!
Ah, Roz, but now you have a noble goal! Defining it is easy -- any French dictionary, or Mr. Google -- but using it -- that's a whole different ballgame!
Have you seen a mince pie, Roz? A pithivier is a little adorable pie with no tin ... looks like ravioli to me ... but I would never have known this if I hadn't looked it up just now, ha!

I guess my life remains incomplete because I have no idea what that is.
