We saw his entourage on I95, once. It's a very fast convoy, with a slower rolling roadblock behind it - at least a mile behind!
My favorite is still the convoy that, for some idiotic reason, took Dick Cheney (we bystanders thought) through midtown Manhattan. A lot of cursing at 57th and 6th was to be heard... Cop or Secret Service: "Move the truck!" Truck driver: "F--- you!" There wasn't anywhere to move the truck!

Motorcades suck. And the NUMBER of vehicles is obscene.
