  3. Not to worry. I told my wife that there is a step in the recipe I used where you do knead it for about 10 seconds, so technically....

  6. Now that sounds tasty -- even if I DID have to look up what kefir is. (All I could think of was the Israeli fighter 'Kfir', which I was pretty sure you didn't mean.)
