
We made those pancakes this morning, and they weren't half bad.  The recipe said that it makes 24 in a muffin tin; well, for me, it filled each cup of a 12-cup tin about 85%. Each one puffed up a lot -- it looked like there was a small doughnut sitting atop each cup.  They did stick a little, coming out, even with the greased cups.  My daughter liked the taste but thought it was pretty eggy, which I agreed with.  Next time, we'll make half as much and possibly only fill the cups half way. But we 
will make them again -- seeing them there, with the jam and powdered sugar -- yum!
 
OK, one of the rules of blogging when talking about something delicious you made...at least post a photo. ;-)

ReplyDeleteThey're extraordinarily easy to make....and of course you don't need to use all the batter at once -- excellent for a quick breakfast meal.
