Yep. Personally, there are several on the Chinese team that I don't believe are 16.
But the government swore they are -- and as its not OUR government, you can trust them!

Why is it that to call someone a winner -- oh, yeah, THAT winner -- or a loser --oh, yeah, THAT loser -- means the same thing?
