Here's what they replied when I wrote to them, praising their site:
Dear Bill. My staff thanks you. Nothing like a simple dash of high praise to lift the spirits and skirts of my wait staff. We're also pleased you liked the content. But of course, none of this would be possible without our Chef de Cuisine.
