I rather doubt you'll be in the doddering ward any time soon.
Its funny; I don't consider myself busy, but every week I have meetings with my mento; French lessons, and meetings at the hospital for projects; sometimes I have other things, too, like reminders to pick up election materials, pick up the daughter at school, etc. I have always been a little annoyed at the number of calendars we have; this technology might solve that.
Because I don't like getting rid of things that work just because something that works better is available - unless I need that additional functionality.
Well I agree and prices are very high. I thought maybe you were trying to justify getting something newer or better. For the past several years I have had a cell phone on my daughters contract. Last year she paid for it. Last week I asked her to cancel my phone. So I will not have one. I can't afford a cell phone and a land line.I have her old ipod but for the life of me I can't find a useful use for it.
Sounds lovely but by the time I get a smart phone...I will not longer have any activities to record.

Dammit, Gates!
Sounds like already you can justify having one. Why not?

ReplyDeleteNot fond of Apple's prices, either.

ReplyDeleteI know that there are many people, perhaps even people of my age, who feel that having something new and flashy is its own justification. Not me.
